Abhiram(Sharvanand) is a filthy rich spoilt brat and falls in love with Janaki(kamalini Mukherji) – who is a doctor by profession and she serves the poor and needful. Janaki realizes that their worlds are diametrically opposite to each other and goes away from Abhi. Abhi Ram goes on roads in search of Janaki with the help of Gali Seenu(Allari Naresh) a Motor Cycle thief.
